We had some trouble removing the paper backing from the tile. Some of it stuck. Floor is very stable now, and looks great. Easy to clean also.

Tips for Installation: Have someone stand on the tile that you are attatching the next one to. That keeps the floor you have laid from moving.
Easiest Part: Easy to lay down, no mastic. You can change your mind about pattern. Very quickly installed. Easy to cut, I used a tile saw.
Most Challenging Part: Grouting was a fair amount of work, but that would be true of any tile floor.
Length of Installation: 1 day install, 1 day grout
